Another good book from Jade West, I have read all her books and if you are a fan of her work you will know that Jade pulls no punches where the sex is concerned, yep this books is filthy dirty hot and for me also in parts cringe worthy as well. The writing is good as always if not at times slightly repetitive in parts.

Anna had her heart broken by Lucas ten years ago which left her devastated and her life turned upside down in more ways than one. A chance text sets things in motion that Anna is no where near prepared for, her emotions are all over the place where Lucas is concerned; she hates him, she's still angry with him but she wants him sexually. Anna has needs that only Lucas has ever been able to sate, pity he is such a douche bag to go with it.

Lots of hot kinky sex as you would expect from Jade but some of it was a bit over the top for me an made me cringe a bit, and I am very broad minded. I have read all Jade's books; the Dirty Bad Series being some of my favourites but for some reason I didn't gel with the characters as much as I would have liked. Some of the more cringe worthy moments were for me a little unnecessary and didn't add anything into the story but maybe took some of it away. Still what was good was the love story interwoven in-between which helped the characters grow on me. Pity Anna's friends didn't; I couldn't stand them, what awful friends they were, if you could even call them that.
Overall not a bad read but certainly not one of my Favourites by Jade.

Lucas was Anna's poison and he couldn't get enough of her either, their love and chemistry was strong and in the end truth prevailed ....

Well that was intense! Anna and Lucas do not have a pretty story. It’s heart breaking and stomach churning and dirty. So very dirty. Filthy. It illustrates the painful kind of dirty life sometimes dumps you in and you need to fight to get out of. And also the kind of dirty that’s so good it makes your toes curl and your blood run think through your veins. Life is filthy. So is this book. And I love it.

This book is predicable, unnecessarily long without reason. They only good thing the author is at bringing out filthy sex scenes. I guess that s the reason people have rated it high. But trust me from page one you know where the problem lies. I started skipping pages even before the 50℅ mark. Even the epilogue was too streched. And i found it really weird that in this modern age lucas and anna waited to get back together and kept their relationship secret just bcoz they thought their near n dear ones will be upset huhhh hello are we in 16-17 th century to get best friends and parents approval.Also lucas seems to be so dumd to just believe whatever his wife says without giving rational thought. Trust me skip this book or rather just read 1 or 2 chapter s and skip to the epilogue still you will get the story.
