Jacob Chance is one author whose books I can’t get enough of and Tussle is no different. From the first teaser, to the hottest cover I have seen (look at it and try to argue), to a story I couldn’t put down - Tussle is a funny, feel good romance that should be on everyone’s to read list!!

This was a fast book to read and quite fun. It was a bit cheesy, but at the same time, thats meant to be the allure of the characters. Its a book that just has easy and fun and games all throughout it. Its a nice and fun read, particularly if you’re in the mood for something fun and easy. For a sports romance it actually has a fair bit of the sporting action described as well, which is good.

The ending was quite good, and I definitely think there is room for another book concerning Jesse’s sister. You’ll know what I’m saying once you’ve read Tussle.

Overall, fun and easy, would recommend.

Jacob is back with another sports romance that will knock your socks off! Tussle is such an enjoyable read. I couldn’t put it down at all. And after reading it let me just say that I am definitely one of #JessesGirlz! And let’s just take a minute to admire that cover! I can’t stop staring at it, I flove that cover! It’s hot hot hot and it is perfect for this story!

Every single character within the walls of this story were so loveable! I love every single one of them. Lilah is so sweet! She plays by the rules and never steps out of line, always making sure those around her are happy. Jesse is a hot, tattooed, dirty talking wrestler. I love how his character isn’t afraid to show his feelings, It’s a nice change. The secondary characters are just as great as the main cast. I can’t wait to see if Ronnie and Wyatt get their own story, I’m rooting for them!

The story is funny, light hearted and fun. I seriously enjoyed reading it so much. Jacob writes stories that will captivate you from the start, and out of the stories I have read of his so far, Tussle is by far my favourite. I really loved the epilogue! It was just a great ending to a fantastic story. So come join the #GunnClub and become one of #JessesGirlz!

I started reading this book as part of a "group read". Whilst I had read Jacob's work before I was apprehensive as to whether I would enjoy this book. Being that I do not like wrestling AT ALL!!!
boy was I wrong! I loved this book, I loved the chase and the determination Jesse showed. It was extremely well written and not one part of it had me thinking second thoughts. I read this book in two sittings it was THAT GOOD!!

Jacob Chance is a fairly new author for me. I thought Tussle was fantastic. The characters are so well written. The chemistry between Jesse and Lilah is off the charts hot. The storyline is great. I absolutely loved it. I'll definitely be reading more of Jacob's work.

5 Stars to Tussle by Jacob Chance.

I want to be one of #JessesGirlz! This book was fun, flirty and absolutely a joy to read. I was engaged and entertained throughout. Did not want it to end.

So here is where I admit I am not a wrestling fan. I don't hate this sport, I just don't get it. That said, Tussle was not only a great read, it was a learning experience for me. Makes me curious about wrestling. I'm not saying I'm going to watch it but I do have a better understanding of what it's all about. Even a novice like me can easily see that Jacob Chance knows wrestling and how to articulate this sport to people like me who are ignorant to what wrestling is about.

That said, Jesse is a professional wrestler. He is sexy, witty and doesn't give up on what he wants. And he wants Lilah. I loved the chemistry and banter between them. Lilah likes Jesse, however since he works for her family's company, she considers him off limits. She persistently fights her attraction for three years until Jesse finally breaks her determination to keep away. Their relationship was relatable and believable. Any interactions they had were enjoyable to experience. Yes, their chemistry was scorching. However, they also had respect for each other. While Jesse was determined to get his girl, his persistence was not over the top. He was a gentlemen. My latest book boyfriend!

I did not find this book angsty nor was I ever frustrated with any aspect. Tussle is well written and told in both H/h perspectives. The intimacy between Jesse and Lilah was hot, the humor between them was even more endearing. I truly loved this book. I can't wait to see who of the secondary characters will have their own book next.

Lilah is joining the family business of World Class Wrestling. She was given 3 rules, one which is mentioned twice of mixing business with pleasure. So, what happens when one of the biggest stars Jesse Gunn takes an intrest in her? Well, you'll just have to read to find out.

Jesse has definitely stolen a place in the book boyfriend category, I'm officially one of #JessesGirlz and wouldn't have it any other way.

Overall Thoughts: From the first page to the last page I've either been giggling or smirking. I'm usually disappointed with RomComs because I don't find them to be as humorous as they can be, however this one delivered on the humor.The way that Mr Chance writes has always captivated me. Tussle is no different. The attention to details for the wrestling events made me feel like I was sitting ring side, and I've only ever been to one WWE event as a child and it brought that memory back. The humor he uses is fitting to the story, it isn't just random funny things but geared to fitting with the scenes. And the chemistry between Jesse and Lilah are just like I expected, Jacob Chance is amazing at writing sexual tension between characters which is a reason I love his work. Ok, so I may love everything this man writes but he proves with each book why I am a loyal fan.

'Jesse Gunn is a thorn in my side,or should I say a thorn in my heart?'~(Lilah)

This is another well written sport's themed story, (which I think are my favorite's from Jacob) that grabs your attention from Prologue to End,and again it was a privilege to read it (a couple of times actually)... I LOVED IT!

We begin with Lilah,(22) who is about to start working for her Family's business (World Class Wrestling) and on her first day,meets Jesse (27) on her way in,with no idea of who he is,agrees to meet after work....heads in to meet with her dad-to get the rules/expectations of her job...and one of those important rules is a no dating co-worker's policy...and of course,when she runs into Jesse later..discovers he's an upcoming wrestler...and therefore off limits!!

Three years down the line,Jesse's been relentless in his quest to have something more with Lilah, each time she refuses,he keeps on trying,she's determined to keep things professional yet there is a mutual attraction,that slowly builds along with a fair amount of humor,before the inevitable hotness happens.I really enjoyed the back and forth between them both, that Jesse's not just 'Jesse Gunn'~the persona he gives his fans,he shows Lilah he's more than that,which surprises her,and makes her face the fact she wants more. The side character's that are introduced along the way~Jesse's sister Ronnie,and his best friend Wyatt(possible future book for them??) also provide some humor to the story.
The attention to detail,especially with the action of the wrestling side,is enough to make you feel as though you are actually there,giving you an insight into what goes on behind the scenes, adding some slight drama/angst moments towards the end,will Jesse and Lilah be able to be together? You'll have to read for yourself to find out!!
