must admit going into this book with that title I was expecting something entirely different. What I got was not quite what I was expecting but it was still a good easy-going read with enough angst to keep me interested right until the end.

I enjoyed all the characters in this story but I felt Tate could have been a little more alpha male, which is how I like my men. He was always joking around and had a good sense of humour which helped my liking for his character. Arabella I loved, she knew what she wanted and spoke her mind when needed, putting Tate in his place many a time. I just felt the story and the characters at times were a little too sickly sweet. An added bonus was with all characters based in a hospital setting, it made for very interesting reading and the scenes were written really well.

It was fascinating to absorb what was going on in the life of a doctor during the day and to see what difficulties and emotions surfaced. All in all this was an enjoyable read that I would recommend.

Karen it was a pleasure to once again get caught up in your story telling, this time with Tate and Bella, the third inter-related book (but also a stand-a-lone) - Mason & Paige (Private Pilot) and Grayson & Matilda (Gorgeous Gyno) are in good company. Congratulation...now for Lex's story !

An enjoyable read with lots of fun, supportive amazing characters. I love Bella, she is strong, intelligent and so good at keeping those boys on their toes. Tate is a great guy though I struggle a bit with his track record with the ladies fitting alongside him having strong feelings for Bella. Obviously he knows she is watching what is going on in his life so does he not think that will have an impact on his relationship with her. She actually handled that part a bit too well since she had a sideline view of it all.

I love the dogs and the great relationships between the 4 guys and the girls. It’s a really family.

The only issue is that there is quite a few inconsistencies on timelines and relationships between this book and Private Pilot for example Tate is in a relationship when Grey gets engaged but not in PP book where he is single and Grey is engaged. Bella’s interning with Tate doesn’t match with Grey’s engagement in this book and PP book either.

A really great read though.

This is the second Karen Deen book I’ve read Gorgeous Gyno being the first. Bella 25 and Tate 35 have loved each other for a long time and now Bella’s finishing her neuro surgical residency under Tate and after admitting their feelings they begin a secret relationship. I enjoyed the story being set in a hospital and l like a younger woman older man story but I found the story development slow and a bit bogged down with a lot of internal dialogue. The time lines don’t quite flow with the other books in this series so I found that a bit confusing. I borrowed this on kindle unlimited and will return it.

Tate and Bella’s story is funny, romantic and heartfelt. I laughed and cried in equal measure throughout. Some of the exchanges towards the end were for me…heart-stoppingly gorgeous. Three lovely stories so far, with no drop in quality whatsoever. The characters and I mean all of them, are beautifully rounded, imperfect, whilst utterly engaging. Now to book 4 and Lex and, what is captivating about a very well written series, is that I get to catch up with all these fine people once more. Note to the author, thank you for another great read. I just love your writing and imagination.

This was my first read by Karen Deen and I fell in love with her writing from the beginning of this wonderful story until the last page was read.

Bella and Tate’s road to love was not an easy one. Firstly, Tate is 10 years older than Bella and her brothers’ best friend. They met when Bella was 5 and had just lost her mother. Tate has watched over her like a sister as she was growing up however as she was maturing so were his feelings for her. Unbeknown to him, Bella was also developing feelings and told him so on her 18th Birthday. The did not act upon these feelings until 7 years later when Bella becomes a resident intern to Tate who is a well-respected Neurosurgeon. This is the beginning of their love and careers being tested as it is forbidden to have relations with interns and added to this is Bella’s brother Grayson who is the well-known Gynaecologist works at the same hospital.

Their story had a good balance of angst and humour. I enjoyed how feisty Bella was and how she stood up for herself after being so protected by Tate and her brother whilst growing up. Their passion was fierce and the chemistry between them sizzling.

The secondary characters were wonderful and so full of love and care. I am excited to read the other two books in the series which feature Bella’s brother Grayson (the Gynaecologist) and Mason the Private Pilot. I am looking forward to also reading Lex’s story which will be out soon. I believe they are all standalones set in the same time frame so they can be read without any order to them.

I am so happy to have found a new author whose writing and style I thoroughly enjoy.

This is book 3 of the series and you should read all in order to understand who everyone is and where they fit it.
I honestly loved Grayson and then Mason became my favourite but damn Tate is so loving and who knew after meeting Tate in books 1 & 2 that he was going to be so open and vulnerable with his heart after we met the playboy.
Tate & Bella were such a great couple and I loved their journey and I can say I have loved all of the main characters and their inner circle since book one.
I’m so excited for Lex as I need to know what that horrible woman has been doing to him and I hope she is out of the story quickly.
