What a roller coaster ride of emotions and events of a couple that were truly meant to be together. I had book 1 in my library for a while and I’m kicking myself for not reading the series sooner, it’s THAT GOOD! You will eat, sleep and read the series until you have nothing left after your finished. Brandon and Skylar and their story have definitely made it to the ultimate couple goals list along side Christian grey & Anna steel, Eva and Gideon from the crossfire series, Damien and Nikki stark from the stark trilogy & Ava and Jesse ward from This Man series. Spitfire might not have the bdsm or the kink that some of my other favourite couples have but their sexy scenes won’t leave you disappointed on top of the sensational storyline and the layers of each character that brings this story to life. If you haven’t already guessed I LOVED IT!

Sometimes i thought this series was going on to long but there was never a time when i thought to skip pages. I enjoyed Skylar and Brandon's journey and there was a lot that happened in their lives. The epilogue was a good insight 5 years in the future. This book had everything that made me mad, cry, smile and laugh.

I loved the storyline in the Spitfire series. Real life characters with stories and flaws that all of us suffer in our lives, in some way shape or form. Great editing, which adds considerable joy to reading the books, knowing that you don't have to wade through multiple mistakes and try to make sense of badly written work. I have read all 3 books in this series and I must say that Nicole haas done a very good job. The chemistry between Brandon and Skyler makes me believe in eternal love. The characters follow a line that has nothing to do with their so-called personality, the choices they make are only there to add more and more drama, artificially.
And the sex described in details is so present it makes them look like rabbits. Boring.
Pity. Nicole French can write, obviously, but she's wasting her talent in her sexual fantasies. She should try to focus on making her storyline more credible and more interesting. Useless.
