My heart is bursting for joy. I absolutely loved Shane and Addison’s story. Shane is quite literally everything you could ever want in a man. I seriously wish guys like him existed. The way he cared for and loved Addison was so beautiful and heartwarming. I loved their slow burn romance and how they became roommates and things slowly progressed from there. I loved watching them try and fight their feelings for one another. It was so obvious they were perfect for one another. I literally jumped for joy when they finally gave into temptation and took a chance on love. I loved their playfulness towards one another, their witty banter and their intense attraction for one another. This book took a surprising turn that I didn’t see coming but it was such a beautiful surprise. Shane and Addison’s “poppy seed” melted my heart. Trust me when I say, you need this book in your life.

Shane and Addison are such a cute couple. Their slow but hot burn of attraction for these two jumps off the pages.. every time they are near or close to each other you can feel and see the attraction the emotions they have for each other but man do you want to kick them in the butts to get them going .... *smh* it was yes yes he’s going to do it.... to nooooooo why ugh .....
Anyways Shane is from a totally different background than anyone in the Grove and he keeps it to him self it seems out of fear. And almost from day one he arrived and saw Addison let’s just say it was like love at first sight he knew that was the girl for him now he just need to convince her and probably himself to get the courage to do the first step and maybe ask her out ...
When you think the story is going to go one way there’s a turn next thing you know you’re going the other way and now they’re roommates!!! What’s the rule with roommates no dating no touchy just friends
And if he thinks fighting his feelings for her was hard before try being in the room next to each other. Oh and let’s not forget Addison has the same feelings but roommates ....*sad face*
this fun loving read was exactly what I needed and would totally recommend if you would want to add a cute little love story that has some good laughs a little bit of frustration and a great little love story

I am not normally a fan of friend to lovers romances but Harloe hit the ball out of the park with this one.
I love how Harloe brings back the main characters from previous books and places them flawlessly into Lass.
I do however feel like it was drug put in a few places.

Shane has been in love with Addison since He first laid eyes on her and will take Her anyway he can get her including settling for just being roommates.

These two sizzle and scorch together.
They take You on a scorching ride that makes You believe in saving Yourself and waiting for Your true love.

Shane and Addison's story is such a treat! This is a new author to me and I couldn’t have had a better introduction to her writing. Rae has easily made a spot for herself on my must-read list of authors with this sweet, steamy, endearing story. Rae clearly delights in torturing her characters -- and in turn, her readers – in the most deliciously wicked way. All the push and pull and false starts between Shane and Addy only serve to stoke the smoldering, slow-burning fire between them so that their chemistry is insanely, explosively intense. Between Shane and Addy being “just friends" (yeah, right) and their very different personalities, backgrounds and experience, their story is one wild, evocative, sexy and compelling ride!

Shane breaks from his rigidly religious family and preordained future, ending up in the small town of Garden Grove. It’s everything you would expect from a small town -- quaint and inviting, complete with quirky characters, awesome BFF's and busybodies. The first time Shane lays eyes on Addison, he sees a new, very different future ahead of him. But his inexperience and naivety are his greatest enemies in going after what his heart really wants.

Shane is amazingly swoon worthy, in an understated, surprising way. I’ll admit, I have a soft spot for a beta hero, so I loved Shane almost instantly. Watching him try and falter, then learn and grow, makes him one of the most memorable heroes I’ve ever read. Between his awkwardness and fumbling, and the contrast between his thoughts and the words that actually came out of his mouth, Shane was just so freakin' adorable, my swoony heart was all twitterpated just for him.

Shane arrived in town and is blown away by Addy, he falls, she doesn't know and he is unaware that's she's into him too.
They become roomies.... Your have to 'read to find out the rest !

I'm wondering if Jack gets his own book. He has been a back seat character in this series but with words of wisdom and in 'Gent* it's !mentioned about the one who got away...

It's was refreshing to read about a MMC being inexperienced compared to the usual alpha men that have also around
