This is the third book I have read from Harloe, and I am yet again blown away with how wonderful her books are for a relatively new author.
Shane is such a sweetheart. The minute he laid eyes on Addison he knew she was the "one". But due to his upbringing, he is unsure as to how he should go about making her his.
Fate seems to fall in his hands when he overhears Addison saying she needs a new roommate.
This is where the story takes off for me. There is so much tension and build up, will they or won't they? Should they or shouldn't they? Gah!!! It was intense and yet beautiful at the same time to read. I loved it!!!
Can't wait to read more from this fabulous author.

Harloe Rae you are the bomb! I have a terrible but nice toothache from this utterly sweet story of Shane and Addison. I knew Shane was innocent but add in the sweetness and he is so swoon-worthy! And Addison, dear, dear Addison is the perfect girl for him in every way, fiercely independent, loving and does not take sh*t from anyone. I have loved Addison from Gent where she gives Trey a piece of her mind all the time and her with Shane is just absolutely perfect!

Well-written with characters that you want to have as your friends or your friendly mechanic. Wouldn't mind moving to Garden Grove as well and perhaps a story about Jack. If this is your first Harloe Rae book then pretty sure you'll be picking up the rest of the books in the series.

Ive been waiting for Shane & Addy!
And let me tell you this was everything I needed them too be.

When Addy is left without a roommate Shane takes the opportunity to insert himself into his life, cause his been inlove with her for forever. And Addy, she's inlove with Shane too, he just doesn't know it.

Coming from a conservative family is not what I expected from Shane. His personality in the beginning is so awkward due to this, but when he came into his own, *Swoon*

I absolutely loved Addy for Shane & their story flowed perfectly.

Harloe Rae knows how create books that hurt your soul due to the emotional impact it has, I adored this book. It is the perfect amount of sweet and funny. The slow burn created depth and had me trying the page to see what would occur next. I loved Shane and Addison, I love friends to lovers romance and this book has jumped to the top of that list.

My heart is bursting for joy. I absolutely loved Shane and Addison’s story. Shane is quite literally everything you could ever want in a man. I seriously wish guys like him existed. The way he cared for and loved Addison was so beautiful and heartwarming. I loved their slow burn romance and how they became roommates and things slowly progressed from there. I loved watching them try and fight their feelings for one another. It was so obvious they were perfect for one another. I literally jumped for joy when they finally gave into temptation and took a chance on love. I loved their playfulness towards one another, their witty banter and their intense attraction for one another. This book took a surprising turn that I didn’t see coming but it was such a beautiful surprise. Shane and Addison’s “poppy seed” melted my heart. Trust me when I say, you need this book in your life.

Shane and Addison's story is such a treat! This is a new author to me and I couldn’t have had a better introduction to her writing. Rae has easily made a spot for herself on my must-read list of authors with this sweet, steamy, endearing story. Rae clearly delights in torturing her characters -- and in turn, her readers – in the most deliciously wicked way. All the push and pull and false starts between Shane and Addy only serve to stoke the smoldering, slow-burning fire between them so that their chemistry is insanely, explosively intense. Between Shane and Addy being “just friends" (yeah, right) and their very different personalities, backgrounds and experience, their story is one wild, evocative, sexy and compelling ride!

Shane breaks from his rigidly religious family and preordained future, ending up in the small town of Garden Grove. It’s everything you would expect from a small town -- quaint and inviting, complete with quirky characters, awesome BFF's and busybodies. The first time Shane lays eyes on Addison, he sees a new, very different future ahead of him. But his inexperience and naivety are his greatest enemies in going after what his heart really wants.

Shane is amazingly swoon worthy, in an understated, surprising way. He's is the alpha that almost wasn’t, and his inexperience and lack of social acuity are his most loveable traits, after his big gooey heart. But let’s just say Shane is a really quick learner, finds his inner alpha, and Addy reaps the benefits. With that simple statement, I’ve skipped to the end of their road to an HEA, but the journey is anything but simple, and it’s the very best part of the story. There are turns and bumps and a stall or two, but it all makes these characters that much more loveable. Their journey sweeps you up and carries you along, and you’ll love every minute of this steamy, delicious, emotional read!

I’ll admit, I have a soft spot for a beta hero, so I loved Shane almost instantly. Watching him try and falter, then learn and grow, makes him one of the most memorable heroes I’ve ever read. Between his awkwardness and fumbling, and the contrast between his thoughts and the words that actually came out of his mouth, Shane was just so freakin' adorable, my swoony heart was all twitterpated just for him.

Shane arrived in town and is blown away by Addy, he falls, she doesn't know and he is unaware that's she's into him too.
They become roomies.... Your have to 'read to find out the rest !

I'm wondering if Jack gets his own book. He has been a back seat character in this series but with words of wisdom and in 'Gent* it's !mentioned about the one who got away...
