Twists And Turns You Don't See Coming

Wow, Charlene has written a real page-turner with this read. It is very dark so if you have any triggers this may not be the book for you. So many twists and turns you don't see coming also that blow you away. This is Gianna's (Ria's), Vincenzo's & Zayne's (Gabriel) stories. Gianna's father owes a debt and has promised Gianna to be married to a man on her 18th birthday. She feels her only way out is to find someone else who will take her virginity and then she hopes this other man won't want her. Gianna finds out the men in her life will betray her at every turn. I can't tell you too much more of the story or it will spoil it for you. WIll Gianna be ruined forever or will she get her happy ever after?
Charlene takes you on a rollercoaster of emotions throughout the whole book. If you enjoy a very dark read with lots of taboos and triggers you will like this book. This is one book that will stay with you long after you read it you could almost turn round and read it all over again.

You may be wondering why I would quote that in my review. I did because that quote, in my humble opinion, perfectly describes what happens in the pages of this 5-Star stunner of a dark romance, Indestructible by Charlene Namdhari.

Well, hell's bells! What can I say about Indestructible? PLENTY that's what!

INDESTRUCTIBLE IS DROP THE MIC BLOODY FANTASTIC!!!

You get it all. All kinds of acts of dishonesty, betrayal, treachery, abuse, violence and pure evil. There is no shortage of villains in this story. Satan and other devils in disguise have decided to knock knock knock on heaven's door. And sadly that door belongs to Ria/Gianna and her life is uprooted into a never ending nightmare. By the worst of the worst kind of twisted insane evil that you could ever fathom.

But don't you worry. There is love in these pages of Indestructible. So much love. Even under the darkest of surfaces.

The level of lies and debauchery in this romance stole my breath. It played the lives of three people like a fiddle. And most often it did so without me seeing it coming. Good gawd!! It was sheer genius on the part of Ms. Namdhari. No one is immune to it all. It came from all directions and had my head spinning. Spine tingling suspense is around every corner. No one is safe. All of the lies and deceit creates a domino effect, sending the domino structure which in this case, that structure is the lives of three people and eventually it all comes crashing down around them.

NEVER DID I EVER EXPECT THE THINGS THAT HAPPENED IN THIS BOOK TO HAPPEN. I was gutted, scared, blindsided as well as intrigued as I read this book. I laughed. I cried. I screamed inside my head. I rejoiced and then I fell in love. You could say that the author took me on such an unforgettable, heart wrenchingly different and twisted journey that no other has in recent memory. In the end, I was left in love with three people.

I don't even know where to begin. I'll start by saying that Indestructible, the highly anticipated 4th book in the amazing Serendipity series by Charlene Namdhari starts off with a seriously humongous "Holy S***'' prologue that was S.O. F.R.E.A.K.I.N.G. I.N.T.E.N.S.E!!! I mean WOW!! From the get go, it's CHOCK FULL of DASTARDLY villains committing UNSPEAKABLE crimes and other UNCONSCIONABLE and DISTURBINGLY VILE acts of violence against the innocent. DISGUSTING, HORRIBLE and DEMEANING acts carried out by demented demons that will leave you clutching your proverbial pearl necklace.

I swear to all that is good and pure that I wanted nothing more than to be in that world where I could remove the worst kinds of evildoers from the face of the earth. Stolen children, stolen innocence, a shocking but ever so satisfying revenge, as well as bloodshed and tons of nail biting harrowing suspenseful moments kept my heart thumping loudly in my chest while I was shaking in my boots and holding on for dear life. Talk about a heartbreaking and thrilling start!

Sadly, those who should have been caring for and keeping two children safe from harm were simply too self absorbed and evil to care. Now 2 years later madness and pure evil reign down on these children by the "Monster." To save one child, sacrifices are made. The results of that decision, that sacrifice will last a lifetime. Not all scars are physical.

Then just mere moments later as I tried to catch my breath and get my heart beating at a normal pace, two strangers, wearing smiles and issuing promises of safety, arrive and whisk the children away. But not before the "Tall man" meets a child's demand with a smile and a wink.

Were these men their saviors or was there something more sinister at play that would suck them deeper into the abyss? Will their new life go up in flames like their old life? Will they finally reap the rewards of a better life? A child can dream right? Then just as soon as their little hearts are filled up with hope for a better life, BANG!!! Those dreams are suddenly shattered, thrusting them back into the darkness and an unknown future once more...

The intricate storyline, plot, as well as each character written here in this book are most definitely the most complex that I've read. The good, the bad and the ugly. A who's who of sorts. Shock and awe all the way. From the intense prologue, to the heart stopping suspenseful guts of the story, all the way to a most electrifying and satisfying ending, brought everything full circle including an HEA that is worthy of a shout-out to the author and had me singing the praises for an incredible author who penned a tale that took me over the twisted edge.

Zayne and Vincenzo are both silver tongued devils and have mad dirty talking skills. So smooth, so dark and so decadent. Their words tease, tempt and titillate like melted chocolate and drip off the page. Leaving the reader at their mercy. And let me tell you, I was at sooooo at their mercy. Not to mention I was constantly wiping the drool from my chin... after picking my jaw up off the floor that is.

Zayne and Vincenzo don't know each other and are both hardcore alpha males, especially in the bedroom, who will do anything to keep their woman safe.

Gianna is adorable, smart mouthed and so funny. But there is a serious side to her. Her innocence is a perfect match for any over the top alpha male. Her inexperience only adds to her endearing qualities.

On one very dark day, the unimaginable happens and steals away everything good in Gianna's life. Her life is forever altered. And through it all, all I kept thinking was, OMG what next? How much horror and heartache can one person endure? Turns out, a lot more.

Someone uses everything in their power to manipulate and use Gianna to get what they want. The devil/devils are diabolical, have no moral compass and will break anyone, by any means to get that job done. Their end game is money, power and greed. End of story.

The outcome of that day changed the trajectory of one life force. A life force to be reckoned with. More innocence lost. A newfound, powerful lease on life takes on a life of its own. Stand in their way? You pay the ultimate price. You have been warned...

One man's mistake and then a betrayal has dire consequences for numerous people for different reasons. Greed can blind a man. More than you could ever imagine. But for one man, blood will shed over and over again.

Two men, two different countries, searching for answers. There is strength in numbers, even if you can't see it. Can love stand the test of time? Will fate intervene? Or will sheer determination lead them back to who they were meant to be with? Believe me, IT WILL SHOCK YOU!

There is a lot of humor weaved throughout the book, mostly on the part of our heroine, even during the most serious moments. I have more than one favorite line in this book.

Some of my favorite lines in the book involve a tracker, dessert, panties and a bomb. I could tell you but I don't want to take the experience of reading and enjoying them for yourself.

May I dare say the author writes some of the hottest scenes that I've ever read. I can safely say that the sizzling hot, sometimes dark sexy time damn near singed my retinas.

Zayne, Gianna and Vincenzo. These three people proved that no matter what difficult challenges they faced separately, on their own, no matter what obstacles were thrown their way, without a shadow of a doubt, they are absolutely INDESTRUCTIBLE.

Intricate plot and storylines, alpha male heroes, villains, badass women, humor, arranged marriages, hot sexy time, twists, turns, shock, awe, balcony jumpers, gutwrenching heartache, family ties, family secrets, betrayals, murder, complete mayhem, and uncertainty is abundant in this story. And of course all different kinds of love are in abundance in Indestructible.

I didn't want to miss a thing. Not one single word. This book does not lack excitement or suspense. I was constantly white knuckling my tablet. There was never any telling what's going to happen next and I loved that. I would have thought I was asthmatic given the number of times I lost my ability to breathe while reading Indestructible.

What was the message I took away after reading Indestructible? That you have to have an open mind and open heart to receive love and to give love. That it's when you lose everyone and everything you've ever loved that you find your true self and your self worth.

No matter the time spent away from those you've loved and lost, that love returns tenfold when that love finds its way back to you. In the end, love shared by a mother proves to be everything. A mother's words of love whether verbally or written can open a fissure in your heart. Allowing you to let go of a painful past that has taken residence inside you and embrace a future of new beginnings.

From the highly intense and equally shocking prologue all the way to the unbelievably emotional, gripping, and mind blowing "The End" there are some pretty awesome "I never saw that coming" moments.

There are numerous reasons why author Charlene Namdhari is my favorite romance author for 2021. This book is one of those reasons.

I encourage every romance lover to partake in this 5-Star mad crazy love romantic suspense. It's fate. It's serendipity, baby!

Wow! This read is a wild ride of emotions, drama and suspense. So many twists and turns. I fell in love with Zayne in book 2 and my heart continued to break for him through this one. I hated Vincenzo for quite some time but eventually his actions made sense. Gianna grows from an innocent girl to an amazing 'Indestructible' woman. This was a fantastic read.

This 4th book in the Serendipity Series is the best yet, this series has grown bigger and darker with each book. I have been anticipating Zayne’s book ever since meeting him in book 2, Incognito.

Indestructible blew my mind …in a dark delicious way. There’s more twists and turns than a rollercoaster, with some I never saw coming. Seriously, it gave me whiplash.

For me, this book read like a trilogy in one, a beginning, a middle and an end. I couldn’t put it down, it had me gasping on the edge of my seat the whole way through.
I’m in awe of this author’s imagination and story telling. It’s difficult to say anything about the plot, for one, it’s so intricate I couldn’t do it justice, and I don’t want to give any spoilers away.

This is a love triangle like no other I’ve read before, I loved Zayne, Vincenzo not so much. But wow by the end of the book, they both had me drooling and swooning! These guys are hot badasses!!! And they certainly know their way around the bedroom…if you know what I mean ;-) As always from Charlene Namdhari, the love scenes are erotic, scorching hot and panty melting …phew.

I can’t recommend this series and BOOK enough, five stars just isn’t enough. Best reads of 2021!

The only one small negative I have …I did come across quite a few typos, but I can totally forgive that, for the story is truly fantastic!

You just need to dive in and read it!
